Honestly, I loved reading this book so much and I don't understand why I hadn't read it a long time ago. I even have some history on the book. It was written in 1958 Chinua Achebe and has won various awards. This is a great piece of Nigerian Literature. I hope everyone gets to read it. It's a tale of when old traditions meet the new. How you receive them or reject them, how you let others respond to them, and what you do to yourself. I don't know if I'm making sense but you need to read it to truly get it. You need to really enter the mind of the author to understand the meaning of this story you know. Okay, let me give the general overview of the book.
