Review Tingz!!!!!

Americanah is a wonderful story. I loved every single moment of it. Chimamanda has a special flair in her writing and it surely appeared in this one. Hmm... where do I start? Okay, let's talk about the plot itself. This story was a love story, to say the least. Yes, it did address underlying issues within Nigeria, America, and even Britain; but it was a love story. It was a romance between Obinna and Ifemelu. Yes, that's exactly what it was. If you like love stories definitely read this one, because that is the meat in this soup of a story. Now when I tell you that you aren't mentally prepared to hear this story, I'm not exaggerating. This story is a horror story for black people. I watched this maybe 2  weeks ago and I still feel hurt and terrified because of what happened to this young boy who isn't here with us today. You could just look at Instagram and see the news about him, but you won't see what REALLY happened. I advise you to watch "Time: The Kalief Browder Story" on Netflix. This review is not the normal review that I would give you and not spoil anything. I'm going to give you details. I'm going to make this an educational resource for those who don't have Netflix and aren't able to learn about this boy's story. I am going to mention that Jay-Z was an executive producer of this documentary. The other one that I know of... I'd rather not mention their name.
